3 - /root/.verlihub - /root/.verlihub -inexisting-
4 - /usr/local/etc/verlihub - /usr/local/etc/verlihub -inexisting-
5 - /etc/verlihub - /etc/verlihub drwxr-xr-x
if two or more of these exist, lower number has priority
